Work with the Savoy Trust

We would like to say a big thank you to the Savoy trust for helping us to put young people through hospitality courses and help put on gala diners for the community. These young people would work towards hospitality qualifications, while gaining vocational experience within the industry.

At the events these young people would then utilise the skills they learnt within their course and help set up, cook and carry out the event. We had young people cooking, waiting and setting up each of our events.

Our biggest event was the Mayors ball, which had around 150 guests, including mayors from many local councils and towns.
