Our Community Support Timetable
Youth Activites
Youth ADHD Group: Support for parents/carers whilst young people with ADHD are given the opportunity to participate in activities such as the climbing wall, fitness classes, cooking, arts and crafts.
Youth Dinner: Drop-in support group, in the café that offer the young people the chance to meet up, chat, play games, use our Wi-Fi and computers, seek support from youth workers and have a free meal if required.
Youth Cooking: Session with a youth worker and a chef, teaching the young people how to prepare dishes and then the young people can share what they have cooked with other young people.
Youth Club: Games, activities, skateboard ramps, climbing wall, Wii, Xbox, Pizza, Music, Nerf Guns, pool, ping pong, socialising inside the main youth rooms.
Teen Gym: Opportunity for young people to train in the gym under the supervison of PT.
Family Activites
Messy Play: Parents and careers exploring real world learning with pre school children and leanring about child development.
Cooking for the family: Learn about cooking heathy meals for the family on a budget.
Cooking with the kids : Bring the kids along and cook some lunch together.
Undiagnosed ADHD support group: Parents can spend time with our support workers and other parents in the same situation while their children spend time with our youth work team.
Over 55s Activities
Climbing Wall: A fitness opportunity for our over 55’s to allow them to step out of there comfort zones and enjoy some new light physical challenges
Golden Surfers: 1-1 FREE appointments to help support and teach the elder generation how to use their tablet, phone or other devices for internet, emails and social media.
Lunch Club: A 2 course home cooked meal by our chefs in our café for just £5.50.
Social Club: A social opportunity for over 55’s to enjoy some classical board games, meet new people and enjoy some free cake
Bowls: Bowls club in the hall, enjoying company whilst playing indoor bowls, every Monday and Thursday at 1pm.
