At West Faversham Community Association (WFCA), partnership working is central to how we deliver impact.

We work collaboratively with local organisations, statutory services, and community groups to ensure that people can access the right support, at the right time, in a way that is joined-up, responsive, and effective.

We take a practical, community-led approach to partnerships, focusing on:

· Delivering services in accessible, trusted community spaces

· Reaching individuals who may not engage with traditional services

· Providing early help and preventative support

· Creating clear pathways into education, employment, health, and social care services

Our centre acts as a local hub, bringing together services and support under one roof.

Who We Work With

· Local authorities, including Kent County Council via commissioned services
