Our Impact

Impact for Children & Young People

We provide safe, engaging environments where young people can have fun, develop, and access support when they need it.

As a result:

  • Over 350 young people engage in structured provision each year

  • 90% of young people report increased confidence

  • 97% say the centre is a safe place with a trusted adult they can turn to

  • Young people gain access to new experiences, cultural opportunities, and skills they may not otherwise receive

  • Many progress into volunteering, work experience, education, or employment

Our consistent youth provision, strong relationships, and trauma-informed approach ensure young people feel supported, particularly during times of challenge or crisis.

Employment, Skills & Progression

We support individuals to overcome barriers to learning and employment through practical, confidence-building opportunities.

  • Over 2,000 hours of work experience offered over a five-year period

  • At least 50 young people per year supported to develop work-ready skills

  • Individuals progress into volunteering, training, and employment

  • Families are supported to return to work through access to childcare

Our approach focuses on building confidence first, then supporting individuals to take positive steps towards employment and independence.

How We Measure Impact

We use a structured approach to monitoring and evaluation, including:

  • Regular participant surveys and feedback

  • Attendance and engagement data

  • Progression tracking into education, employment, and volunteering

  • Internal audits and board-level monitoring

  • Clear success measures aligned to our strategic objectives

This allows us to continuously improve our services and ensure we are delivering meaningful outcomes for our community.
